Good stuff

The help, support and tools I have been offered have helped me immensely and have reassured me i can recover. The journey was a tough decision to make to begin with and I\'m aware walking out of the front door tomorrow will be a tough road but I\'m confident the tools, advice and support i can receive from staff and therapists i am determined to make this work. Everything here is great staff were amazing always there when you need them they created a good atmosphere during the day and the a serious atmosphere when needed in therapy sessions. Learnt alot here and would recommend to everyone with an addiction or even not the information you learn here is crucial in life not just for addicts. Thanks to everyone and hopefully I never see you again!!!

Amazing, life changing.

Staff was amazing and very understanding

I did not know what to expect when I arrived at Banbury Lodge, I was nervous, anxious and a bit sceptical, however I was soon put at ease. The therapists and staff are wonderful, they really do want you to get better. The program is thorough, I learnt so much about myself and my addiction, and what helped me most was the group sessions. I came in not liking myself very much but now I have completed the 28 days in rehab I feel proud, and I can continue my recovery on the outside. The accommodation is basic but comfortable, the food was plentiful and usually pretty good. I would recommend Banbury Lodge to anyone suffering with addiction. If you are fortunate enough to have the money to do it, I recommend that you go to Banbury. For me I think it is the best investment I have ever made.

Overall a safe place to start your journey on a road to freedom from addiction, and to be provided with the support you need with well informed clinicians.
