The treatment here at primrose has been fantastic. A full schedule has left me more confident in myself to carry myself forward and has taught me so much about myself, my addiction, and the things I can do about my problems without resorting to drink or drugs. The therapy team here as well as the support staff are excellent and incredibly patient and understanding.
I would recommend this facility - the staff were excellent and I feel that I have been given the support and tools to turn my life around.
Some of the basics could be improved quite simply. However great staff and care. A good mix of therapy and activities.
The staff and therapists are fantastic. Always someone around to help and can't do enough for you. The facilities are very good, large comfortable rooms though could do with larger TV! I didn't have the opportunity -due to other health issues to use the gym so can't comment on that! Loved the mix of therapy and other activities such as yoga etc and intro to new things such as gong bath which was amazing! Overall I would highly recommend Primrose lodge and wish I could have stayed longer.

I cannot recommend Primrose Lodge and the services they offer highly enough. The facilities are great and the therapists and support staff provided the care and therapy I needed to detox and get firmly on my path to recovery. I left with the tools, mindset and confidence in my recovery don’t plan to come back apart from to express gratitude!
Coming into Primrose Lodge 48 days ago was the best decision of my life, my drinking had stripped every part of me away from my life. I am genuinely leaving here a changed man, I owe everything to all the management, therapists and support staff here for giving me another chance in life. If you are looking for a new life look no further.
This was a tremendous experience, delivered by an excellent caring Staff, that has set me up for a continued sober life free from Alcohol, I can not recommend them highly enough.
