I would like to express my extreme gratitude to all the staff at Banbury Lodge, from the top down. Throughout my time here, the staff have been fantastic, helpful, insightful and accommodating. Above all, what really stands out is that they genuinely care about what they do and about the people they are supporting. I fully appreciate that working with individuals who are struggling and going through some of the most testing times in their lives cannot always be easy. However, the patience, compassion and professionalism shown by the team throughout my stay have been extremely commendable. I have felt cared for, listened to and supported throughout my time at Banbury Lodge. The dedication of the staff has made a real difference to my experience and my recovery. I am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me and would highly recommend Banbury Lodge to anyone looking for genuine care and support with their recovery.

I have had a really good experience here at Banbury Lodge, I have felt heard and seen. I really enjoyed all the therapy even when it has b3en hard sometimes. Everyone has been very helpful and welcoming. Thank you for helping me find the really me again.

I had a lovely time with the staff and community, what I thought would be a much more difficult time turned out to be a beneficial, life changing issues with little difficulties. The therapists showed great care for me at every turn and had all the support I needed.
