All staff friendly great food

It’s been an amazing experience, the hardest thing I’ve ever done!! All of the staff and therapists have gone above and beyond to help me throughout my highs and lows and there has been a lot of them!! I’ll be leaving here feeling like a different man ?

Really helpful to my recovery. Great program and the staff are very helpful. If you think you need this service, just do it.

Great overall treatment

I really enjoyed my stay at recovery lighthouse. The staff were helpful and friendly but the clients and the cosy and friendly atmosphere really made the stay a great experience. The house is a good size with 13 housemates, we had communal meals and lots of community time so got to know one another well. There was a good balance of group therapy / assignment work and free time though more one to one therapy would have been useful. The daily routine and structure worked well with daily activities scheduled however these were occasionally cancelled due to short staffing in our final week and there was a sense of disorganisation at times. We had a weekly meeting with the staff to bring up any problem/requests we might have, lots of this was productive however at times requests were agreed and then not actioned. Overall it was a very positive experience and I feel like I've been given lots of preparation for success upon departure.

I don’t think I would have the positive view of myself that I have now without my stay at Recovery Lighthouse. I believe that my life has been improved in all areas. Thank you to my recovery family, the support workers and the therapists that helped me in my journey!

Recovery Lighthouse has been fantastic, it’s met all of my needs in terms of dealing with my addiction and therapy with regards to my past traumas. The staff are lovely and my therapist Erica is not only a beautiful, kind person but also exceptional at her job!
