Profound and life changing experience for the good. Felt that the therapists were of the highest calibre. Can find absolutely no fault. Class Act. I have learnt so much. Moreover, I feel that all of you in one way or another have played a part in saving my life. Thank you. All support staff were always there when I needed support in various forms. (Get involved with the group - you are brilliant when you do)!!! Thank you. All the managerial and Ops team have always been readily available, approachable, friendly and hard working. Nothing was ever too much to ask. Thank you. Dining. Great food - always served with a smile and love!!! Housekeeping & Maintenance- couldn't ask for more. Thank you. What can I say this place has changed my ways of thinking, behaviours and a sense of responsibility. Firstly the clients that are seeking help make you feel so welcome and assure you that it will be OK! The support staff are always there to help and guide you through the day or night. Lawal and Stephen made me laugh any hour of the day. The chef love makes lovely food at every meal and if you have any specific allergies she will personally Come out and ask ! All the therapist, are highly skilled and really get to know you at every level. But the greatest therapist is Yevheniia she is an absolute gem I could write a story on how good she is, she's so calm never judgmental and explains in tailored way so you understand. I am truly grateful she has been a part of my journey! Thank you for saving my life ??
