Overall an excellent first and hopefully last rehab experience. I got so much from my peers and ALL staff. The learning resources are equipped and tailored where necessary and beyond Linwood with the Alumni service. So very grateful that my family can now access recovery information and attend meetings themselves to understand how other families, loved ones can support me and be supported from Al-anon.

I have enjoyed my time at Linwood House, if it was not for the therapy team I would have not stuck at it and I can't thank you enough.
I found the sessions in the pods extremely useful - taking information from both staff and my peers. I have come to learn vital coping strategies and knowledge to allow me a successful recovery.
First and foremost excellent consideration from the cooks and peers to accomodate to my food requirements. I've had some great laughs and my humours returned! I feel like a million dollars, I'm far more confident and I no longer feel anxious.
I have enjoyed the group sessions in the pods and have really engaged in the 12 steps. I have found workshops useful and have felt very supported by peers. I have felt very supported by my therapist and other therapists in her absence.
Fantastic staff all around who are welcoming and kind from day one. They've helped me out of a bad situation and set me on correct way forward to enjoy my life. Met some great friends and learnt a lot about myself and my illness.
Recommend to anyone struggling and needing support. Lots of support and advice with a good structure in place whilst you are here.
This was the best decision I have ever made, so much so that I extended three times (I originally booked for just a detox, but ended up staying for three weeks).The staff at Linwood have saved my life, literally! Thank you.
