Upon a warm welcome on my arrival to help with my problem, I found helpful staff and a nice environment to help me on my way to sobriety.

Phenomenal experience. Each and every single staff member has met my standards of care. Been very supportive in my journey and personal needs. All therapy sessions have been excellent and very helpful as well as well presented.

I am grateful for all the help I received here at Banbury Lodge. The support staff and therapists were all very professional and always ready to help. To my therapist, Paul, you were brilliant, approachable, and ready to listen. To Dan and Aieman, you helped me settle on my first day of admission. Though I was lost, you made me comfortable and checked on me regularly. Night staff on my admission day, you were brilliant and I am grateful for that. The food and therapy was brilliant and it has equipped me with tools I will use to use in my professional and personal life. I am forever grateful for the help all of you have given me at Banbury Lodge. Eve, thank you for keeping the place nice and clean.

I’m happy with my stay at Banbury lodge. Room very clean, comfy bed, good food. Staff lovely. Some miscommunication with night staff but it was resolved. Would refer a friend.

The centre has changed my life, the staff such as Daniel and Greg are always friendly face and always there to help you I your recovery. The centre is a safe, friendly environment which aids your recovery
