Overall very good, quality of therapy is fantastic. Fabio has been a lifesafer, very wise and great to talk to. Support staff are fantastic too, Sam, Carl, Kosi and Kim are all brilliant and always there if you are having a tough day or need someone to talk to. 1 to 1 sessions and DBT proved invaluable, very positive experience. Only main gripe would be the medication, getting my daily beta blocker and antidepressant became far more complicated than it should have been which was frustrating. Apart from this very positive, thanks to all the staff

On the whole very good but a few bad experiences

Good therapists and support staff. The facility environment can be improved. More cleaning of common areas and regular cleaning of bedrooms and change of bedding is required.

It is given me a chance for a new life, before coming here I felt so hopeless and low and Primrose Lodge has shown me that recovery is possible for me and how to work for it

On the whole positive. Quite expensive as the facilities are quite tired and the food is inconsistent

Supportive staff. Good community. Much needed education.

Room was not cleaned and no fresh towels for nine days, but the staff were loverly
