I had the 11.30 group this morning with Gaynor, I was still adamant Iwas goi g to leave on the20th day, but I learnt so much from the techniques she did and the grounding relaxation, this made me realise I need to learn more from the extra two weeks. I amso greatful to Gaynor.

Very nice improvement too the reception area, nice furnature. Good treatment overall, great staff.

My expectation of linwood before i arrived was very different It is amazing and the staff and therapists have massivly helped me with my addiction and i. And i cant thank them enough

I would like to say the staff here arecaring, exellent, i have felt very safe. I had a couple of reservations while in treatment but i would not hesitate to come back here i felt really cared for. Ihave found my therapit Gaynor from the moment i met her i felt really at ease, she is so caring,she canground me, she absolutly made my day by shoeing her kindness, her amazing support and knowlwdge kept me going. My daughter even commented how good she is. I could not have asked for better, she goes out of her way,when she wzs offon her days, i was sad.

It was very daunting on arrival as i didnt know what to expect but i was quickly put at ease by the staff and a new family of peers. Ive had no bad experiences and Anna has guided and taught me tools for the rest off my journey. If help is needed i fully recomend linwood.

Was lucky to have Gaynor as my therapist, really kind and considerate when i first came in but also challenged my thoughts and emotions and made me look at myself from a different angle with a more positive attitude. Really grateful for her time and support also my extra assignments and have definetly recieved the best help towards me and my recovery, cant thank her enough.

I have had a life changing experience over my 28 days at linwood. I came as depressed, anxious individual who was struggling to come to fully accept that I am an addict and that it would be a part of me for the rest of my life. Over the 28 days I have done a complete 180 in my mood and behaviour, becoming a self-confident, positive individual who believes in change. Whilst this is always a personal journey, the resources that are offered, the peers and all the staff have played a huge part in helping me build the foundation in my road to recovery. I would like to especially thank my therapist, Melissa, who has been with me the entire way, for helping me to explore, understand and deal with my emotions in a positive way. Kristof

The CBT was very insightful. I can absolutely see how helpful CBT will be to maintain a successful sobriety along with the 12 steps worked with a sponsor, these will compliment each other, Gaynor held the session and she made it easy to digest and understand whilst holding healthy feedback with peers she gave it everything, it showed.
