My experiance at Linwood House was excellent, i feel alive again.... The food was consistant and very nice, the support workers were excellent, friendly and always up for joining in with the banter! My personal experiance with the therapist Anna as 10/10... the bond i have created with her has been special to me and helped me along my journey more than anything i could ever return, the staff just want the best for you. Id like to metion the night staff aswell, 10/10! Linwood House hae felt like a home for me the past few weeks and i will miss it, however it is time for my journey to continue on the outside world and continue my journey. Finally for myself id just like to add i never thought that i would find happiness within sobriety and i hace been proven so wrong, i walked in a broken man and i am leaving with my head held high and a smile on my face! Linwood house completely saved my life. The support I have recieved here via groups, therapy, peers etc has been absolutely invaluable. Melissa, Anna and Claire were incredible at supporting me through this time and I have made life long friendships. I cannot reccomend Linwood enough.

If you want to get the most out of your treatment at LWH you have to give it your all and it only works put your effort in as I have now learnt the tools to change my mindset to change my ways and to continue my life with the 12 step programme, get a sponsor get to meetings and hand your self over to my higher power and live on life terms.
