This place has saved my life , I’m glad I stayed for 28 days rather than two weeks , it made me realise the work I needed to do on myself , with the support from the staff and the medical team I was given hope and the ability to believe in myself . My therapist was Kat who i specifically asked for as I needed someone firm who was going to tell me off , and put me in my place , but at the same time was very kind and caring , food is amazing and nice to see Tony the chef, requests and dietary needs are always met .and a never ending amount of crumpets .Wendy was amazing bless her , in her wrap the place is clean and tidy rooms are cleaned regularly Wendy never stops .

At first i had a bumpy start as i wanted to home, as the week has gone on i have really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed engaging with all my peers.

Its been an amazing place. Good staff, very helpful and attentive always there if you need something. Really good food. The groups are really helpful. Brilliant atmosphere, a lot easier to get through than i expected. I would reccomend it to anybody.

I would highly recommend to anyone. This place is very helpful for a treatment plan.

The therapy was great Kat was my therapist she was firm but fair and I was so glad I had her . the place was amazing the food was amazing , accommodation garden and I haven’t got a bad word to say about it and I’m glad I choose this place .
