Had a great experience at Sanctuary Lodge, came in feeling extremely anxious and unwell during withdrawal, the care and support has been great and reassuring for my recovery. I am leaving feeling confident and know what I need to do in order to keep myself on track. Thanks for everything 🙂
Changed my life for the better
The food is exceptional, and Keith is brilliant and very sweet!
The therapists are very good, especially Karla. She really knows what she’s doing, and she saw me through some difficult moments.
The staff in general are incredibly kind, especially Stephen, who is very calm, understanding, and pleasant to talk to. Angela, the cleaning lady, is also very sweet and cheerful.
In my opinion, the rules could be a little stricter and more consistently enforced, but overall, I’m very grateful for my time here.
Thank you for having me and for putting up with me! Although it was genuinely very good for me, and I did love being here, I’ll do my best not to ever come back! ?

My stay at Liberty House was transformative. Great staff and great program.
My 28 day stay in Primrose Lodge was very good. The therapists were excellent, the care team were supportive and knowledgeable.
The overall programme was excellent, varied and the days well planned. This included alternative therapies.
The food was good, and the structure and routine was what is needed for a safe and secure recovery program.
Aftercare and discharge help and knowledge is very good.

Not knowing what to expect when I walked into the centre, my mind was quickly out to rest by 5e helpfulness off staff and other residents. My 28 day stay our found very informative and the therapist staff were brilliant at explaining the 12 step process and understanding my addiction better. I am leaving here full of hope about my future and would not hesitate recommendation to anyone struggling.
My experience has been a real learning curve. I was nervous before coming. My wife did research and I’m glad she did as it was what it was described if not better. Each therapist had a different approaches which was good.
