Coming in I felt skeptical about whether or not this would work for me, I was ready to give my all however. Since being here, staff have been outstanding, always polite and ready to help where needed. I have also had massive improvements in physical and mental health. And would definitely recommend Oasis Runcorn to anyone who needs treatment.
I have just completed a two-week stay at Banbury Lodge. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with care, warmth and reassurance.
The medical team took me under their wing and made me feel instantly safe. The initial few days of detox were hard, but I was fully supported throughout.

The facility is clean is functional and inviting. Staff are amazing and the support they offer especially when they go above and beyond. The nurses are excellent help. It is stricter than thought but could be a good thing. Sessions were excellent and planned to be well thought out, especially dbt. The one to one sessions were great to go deeper into things and helped.
