Over the 28 day period I have had a vast improvement on my own mental health and all therapy sessions and peers alone have been very supporting and successful. Staff and housekeeping have also been to standards.

This was the best thing I have done in my life! The therapists are really good and the program is equally good.

I would like to say sanctuary lodge has given me many tools to help with the cravings and the way my addict mind works , the DBT sessions and I feel like it’s been a safe space fir honest self reflection.staff are amazing and supportive and if I’ve been upset at any time I’ve been able to go to hem My therapist Kat has been amazing she has put me at ease and made me feel comfort and has helped me understand my mind and she has made me feel safe .Larry has been a great support and tells me to take things day by day Larry is a little fun frog that Kat gave me when I was highly anxious , I will hand my support frog over to another peer !

All the staff were very supportive and therapists were available whenever issues arise. The environment was overwhelmingly supportive and positive. A special thanks to Julie who helped me with a lot of my thinking patterns.

Very glad I came, not sure what to expect but overall I have had a good experience. Looking forward to going home but nervous at the same time.

Linwood House has been such a wonderful experience. I have learnt so much about addiction and recovery, and have been provided with the tools and techniques to take back out to the real world. The rooms are basic but comfortable and have everything you could need. Meals are provided which are delicious and hearty. The staff always go above and beyond to look after and care for the clients, showing compassion and friendliness, whilst still being able to challenge unhealthy behaviours. If you are in need of help and guidance on the road to recovery I would definitely recommend. Thank you to everyone at Linwood.

I only stayed for fourteen days but in that time the help and support I received was great and has certainly helped with my recovery. Feel stronger mentally and emotionally.
