I only stayed for fourteen days but in that time the help and support I received was great and has certainly helped with my recovery. Feel stronger mentally and emotionally.
I couldn’t rate my therapist Kat more highly , she challenged me on my disease and she was able to see through my lip service with her no nonsense approach , she’s also got a great sense of humour .the centre is kept spotless and the support staff are approachable and helpful , if I could move to Essex I would . Food is good

I can only say my experience of recovery in Liberty House was excellent from start to finish from all therapists and staff alike as well as the experts brought in for additional classes both weekday and weekends. I found the AA/CA evening meetings especially helpful too.

My time at Linwood has been great. I came in not well and all staff from the get go was so kind and helpful. The groups and therapy has been great, especially my work with my therapist Melissa. She has been the best therapist I have ever worked with and helped me beyond any expectation whilst also treating me like a normal human being and always making me smile. Amanda the manager has done great with Linwood, her staff and the programme they provide. 10 out of 10 all round!
I had a great experience, learned a lot especially in the groups. Staff was lovely and supportive, loved having Melissa as my therapist as she always listened and supportive me and I\'m so glad I had her to turn to in my darkest times.
After a few days I settled I and felt comfortable with my peers and surrounding. The structure of the program is good, but I felt there was to much free time on the weekends (just much opinion) I have came here and ,managed to learn stuff about my self which it what I came here for and the the necessary tools to go out into the world and to continue to learn and grow, thank you to all the staff at Linwood house that helped in the starting stages of my recovery.
I was nervous about coming here but i admitted myself. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
