It was a very nice experience. Friendly staff. Brilliant therapy. Great learning tools. And made to feel very comfortable. Lovely place to recover in a safe environment

Fantastic all round experience , great staff great facilities , they have made areal difference to recovery. Kat was my therapist and she was the best therapist I’ve had by far , she’s honest personable and sussed me out in seconds ,showed me she knew what she was doing. Best rehab I’ve been too and I’ve been to one or two .the food is decent the beds are a decent size there’s a nice tv in the room . The bed linen is good quality.

I have received excellent care for my time in Sanctuary Lodge the whole team have been wonderful and treated me with care and compassion throughout. The work is challenging at times but this is encouraged to surface one’s issues. The community group spirit is one of the assets and was vital in my time. The program is varied and there are options tailored to your needs. I have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone

It’s the staff that make Sanctuary Lodge the supportive place it is. From Wendy right up to management, everyone played a part in my recovery here. I felt fully supported by the excellent therapy team and support staff. from this experience I am now feeling driven for my recovery moving forwards.

I would like to start by thanking all staff and my therapist Hayley. The experience and treatment was totally different to what I expected in a very good way. Everyone made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked into Sanctuary Lodge. The facilities, the location, the actual atmosphere are all second to none and made me feel at ease.

In terms of therapy the therapy is really good, Kat was my therapist she was better than I had before , everything I asked of her was recognised she is easy to approach and very easy to speak to she is firm and fair , I needed someone to be honest .food is exceptional very good food.house keeping is exceptional. Facilities have been great , I used the gym but not as much as I’d like .I would definitely recommend to someone who is need .the building itself is well kept but there are a few things that need fixing which is all in hand , not hosilte or aggressive anywhere at all.

Good experience overall, food was amazing, most members of the support staff were amazing, the whole therapy team is amazing. Would advise to get aircon installed in rooms as it was extremely hot in my room and struggled to sleep and ensure the aircon is working in the therapy rooms. Additionally, wish there was more group therapy than just 1 per day as I found that this was really helpful for me. Apart from that, it was great!!!
