Best thing I have done and it’s really given me a starting point for my journey in recovery . Support staff are kind and caring and have played a massive part in my recovery. My therapist was Kat get through my feelings and emotions especially my guilt and shame , and the reflection on my past helped me dig through that , helping me get to where my addiction started. Kat was very good very caring and gets to the point and brought out my emotions which is what I wanted ,she helped me with procrastination which I needed . Food was good better than expected .
I am genuinely saying that I feel safe in here , staff are all really nice from the therapy team to the housekeeping and catering .it’s a good mix of skill sets . My therapist was Kat was healthy in respect of she is constructive and I need to be challenged which she did . Food was good .I would defiantly recommended if someone was in need
Great treatment, was structured very well that engagement was high. Felt settled from the moment I arrived, therapists were all great especially Jeanette and helped my recovery significantly through getting in touch with my emotional regulation. The food was great and nutritious, especially Liz. Support team were also great and friendly in particular Rosemary.
Fantastic experience, therapists Jeanette, Kat and Simon, are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, I owe them all so much. Support staff again are so kind and respectful, always caring and going above and beyond especially Ray, Rosemary, Shane and Leanne.
Excellent I have had my life turned around, and I’m looking forward to the future with my friends and family.staff are excellent and kind, have become my second family.food is 5 stars and the accommodation .Kat has been excellent very positive , and easy to speak to if I needed her.support staff are encouraging and supportive , housekeeping 5 stars could not fault it at all.
Overall good experience , friendly staff good food I’d say some issues with staffing numbers in comparison to client numbers.Overall good health care. Kat was my therapist who did not take any rubbish she was honest transparent and very clear , our 1-1 sessions were really good and delivered in a non judgemental and honest way which was helpful. She I one of the best therapists I’ve ever had in my life. Jeanette was lovely and I also found her good.
The therapy feel as a whole was wonderful, I had the pleasure of having Jeanette and she was absolutely fantastic. The support staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Would highly recommend.
Overall a good experience it allowed me to find my inner self as to why I was acting this way in addiction. I have been given the correct tools to be able to control this behaviour and remain sober. Staff are friendly professional and the accommodation was to a high standard. My therapist was Kat who was very good at knocking down my walls and making me accountable she was able to help me see what I was running away from.

The help provided was excellent, I can’t fault any of the therapists as they were all first class. The management didn’t always seem to act or necessary care on concerns raised but the treatment provided was excellent. I would recommend this facility to anyone as my 28 days here was helped me get well and feel like a new person who is ready to start my life again in the best condition possible.
