It’s brilliant , the food is brilliant it’s done wonders for me , in the short space of time .my therapist kat is lovely and helped me through my darkest days , staff support are all good . I would recommend to anybody suffering with the disease if addiction.
It’s been a brilliant experience , Kat was my therapist and she’s amazing I couldn’t of asked anymore of her , I have enjoyed the therapy sessions she’s strict and I swear she’s a mind reader .I have come in a boy and leaving a man. That’s abstinence and good the therapy does. Food is excellent , Wendy is great and she’s brilliant Helen has been positive and friendly whenever I’ve spoke to her , Ray was really good .there is no one I dislike . I would recommend to anyone struggling , I think Kat has saved my life .
As I say it’s been a very good experience it’s been intense the process and the process meetings have been helpful the therapists have all been very good , Kat was my therapist who’s been excellent and I would of liked more time with her but I’m aware that I was only in for 14 days .food has been great.I enjoyed the music therapy that was on at the weekend .
Good therapists, good program, enjoyed the experience
The staff are all knowledgeable and come across the treatment in a family and friendly way. The accommodation is very good and my room was lovely.
Just finished a 21 stay at Sanctuary lodge and I would definitely rate it 5 star. They made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. All the other clients helped me settle in immediately. There was nothing daunting at all. It’s a safe and comfortable environment with clean and comfortable bedrooms. My therapist, Jeanette was brilliant. She “got” me straight away and we formed an instant bond where I felt supported and listened to and she instilled faith and trust in our 1-1 therapies. I cannot fault this treatment centre. I feel I have learnt so much and feel much better equipped to deal with triggers and to follow the AA programme to remain in recovery with complete abstinence.
Staff are very helpful and caring , great place in general and very clean .The therapists are amazing people they have made me feel a lot better about my headspace and my recovery. Kat and Simon have both been there for me a lot and helped me get to where I am now . Good group of people and everyone is easy to get on with and made my time enjoyable .
After a 28 day at Lighthouse, I am leaving a different person, with a love for life again. All the staff are very helpful and supportive, including Curtis the chef who made great food every day and was very accommodating to any dietary needs.
