An all round great experience I have learnt a lot about my addiction myself and I have gained hope and willingness

Great team staff improvements on structure and more therapy would be good

I have mostly enjoyed my time here, some of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Some have gone above and beyond I helping me and making me feel comfortable. I would suggest autism training as I have struggled with staff understanding this. More structure would be beneficial.

I have learnt a lot from staying in here and have learnt how to deal with my anger and how to handle my addictions and all the staff were good but the last week after 3 therapists left it wasn’t as good as the start and seemed like we were left to our own devices.but the manger jade helped me alot with this and all the rest of the staff were brilliant

10/10 A* would highly recommend to anyone. Very helpful and taught me a lot about myself and addiction

I really enjoyed my time at Sanctuary Lodge. Food, accommodation and staff all really lovely. I had a very good relationship with my therapist Jeanette, I felt heard and supported, she helped me a lot

The therapy has been amazing Kat, we have worked on dealing with family trauma and emotional regulation anxiety problems and increasing my self worth, I have found this relationship to be brilliant as I was a nightmare to start with Kat has also helped me with healthy boundaries with everyone around me , before I came here I didn’t know what a boundary was .jeanette has helped with my reactions to certain events and understanding even though she wasn’t my personal therapists , and the food is really good from Tony the chef amazing and his energy was second to none always smiley.my peers have become like family , the organised programme has helped me learn that I need routine in my life.

Second time here and again 5 star review. Facilities were fantastic and all of the staff are absolutely brilliant, I really can’t complain.

I wish I had done this sooner, it’s absolutely changed my life and I understand my brain better and my addiction better. Now I just have coping mechanisms which is exactly what I wanted, I feel like I have been equipped. Kat was my therapist I feel like she was my therapist for a reason because she made me accountable and she saw me on my worst day here and I have never felt safer with someone I didn’t know, she helped me and dealt with me exactly the way I needed and I didn’t even know what I needed so thankyou. Luda she helped me one evening and explained the neurological path ways and I wanted to thank her for that, I needed that and it’s helped me understand. Food is amazing Tony is a star. Wendy is just the most positive lovely and dedicated person I have ever met .
