We always find alumni clients have various expectations for treatment which we listen to and then try to make improvements to our facilities and treatment. Starting off with the support staff, very approachable and willing to help in any situation, the food is incredible and very varied, Wendy and the cleaning staff keep the place looking incredible, Kerry as my therapist has helped tackle some major obstacles and has really helped me move forward in my recovery

Kat saved my life and the support including housekeeping and maintenance have been exceptional, I cam in broken and I’m leaving with a purpose. I enjoyed every second of being here and I have learnt to love myself before others, I have enjoyed every second of it .

Sanctuary Lodge Review

Sanctuary Lodge was a great place to be. The clients became family, the therapists were helpful and knowledgeable; compassionate but firm. Food and facilities were very good and I really liked the room. I feel ready to face the next chapter. Only suggestion: would be nice to have a male therapist or 2, particularly looking at the client demographics. Very good overall, though. I will miss it.

Kat was my therapist for a while and I found it really easy to be honest with her and I don’t think I’ve ever been honest before ,and I would like to say thankyou , Julie was kind to me when I didn’t think I deserved it , all the staff have made time for me when they are busy , food is good, Wendy has been great .I would recommend to anyone struggling to addiction, I might not be alive if I hadn’t of come here 6 weeks ago
