Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have maintained high standards of treatment and safety in our clinics. This included remaining open through the first and second quarantine periods. Now in the fourth quarter of 2021, we continue to implement control measures to keep all staff and clients safe and ensure that our treatment can still be delivered.
However, due to the measures needed to keep everyone safe in our care, there is disruption to normal service. Certain aspects of treatment have been changed to ensure our environments remain COVID-19 safe. Here are some changes to expect at our clinics:
Family groups and aftercare have now moved online
External gym facilities are not currently available for centres without on-site gyms
Fellowship meetings will take place over Zoom in support groups, rather than as external visits
Family visitation is suspended, but contact can be made to therapists and clients throughout treatment
Certain alternative therapies may be paused if providers show Covid symptoms
Town visits are suspended until further notice and until it is safe to recommence
All eight of our clinics remain open for treatment, with a shielding period before entering communal areas. Our control measures mean that our environments are Covid safe and our CV19 Action Response team continually reviews risk on a daily basis.
