Providence Projects Review
I came to Providence after spending four weeks at another UKAT facility, where I completed an alcohol detox in residential rehab. Provi offers a setup where you live in the community in a shared house with peers and attend a centre for daily treatment. The therapy and support are excellent—honest, encouraging, and closely aligned with the AA/NA/CA 12-step programmes. You’re encouraged to take your recovery seriously while being supported to grow as a person, understand your addiction, and accept it. Provi helps you adapt to real-life situations, become less sensitive to triggers, and develop coping strategies for long-term recovery. It’s been life-changing for me, and I highly recommend it.
