Fully recommend a 28 days, phoebe was ace
I came to rehab for twenty eight days, I found It really good I had complex needs, I had low confidence and self esteem, I was given hope for my future. My therapist Gaynor really perfect she has helped me more than any other therapist I've ever had, she has given me lots of techniques to use. Overall I've had a good experience
Fantastic sessions and staff,
The treatment I received at Linwood was great & I have learnt more than I thought I ever would coming into rehab. The environment of being around like minded peers & the support from my therapist Maggie has been amazing, however there have been many inconsistencies around the rules and the contract I was given, as well as medications being disorganised at times. My overall experience has been positive but there is room for improvement in the accommodation, food and some support workers/night staff.
Overall an excellent first and hopefully last rehab experience. I got so much from my peers and ALL staff. The learning resources are equipped and tailored where necessary and beyond Linwood with the Alumni service. So very grateful that my family can now access recovery information and attend meetings themselves to understand how other families, loved ones can support me and be supported from Al-anon.

I have enjoyed my time at Linwood House, if it was not for the therapy team I would have not stuck at it and I can't thank you enough.
I found the sessions in the pods extremely useful - taking information from both staff and my peers. I have come to learn vital coping strategies and knowledge to allow me a successful recovery.
First and foremost excellent consideration from the cooks and peers to accomodate to my food requirements. I've had some great laughs and my humours returned! I feel like a million dollars, I'm far more confident and I no longer feel anxious.
