My time at Sanctuary Lodge has been excellent. The program here is good, all the staff are very friendly and approachable and I have felt engaged and interested in all the different programs and activities they offer.
There is so much more to Sanctuary Lodge than purely drying out and having a detox. There remain challenges ahead but I feel far more confident that the structure I can put in place can help me on my journey, however the ultimate ownership remains mine. Kat my therapist has been significant in this regard and the majority of the other therapists have contributed throughout.
I am very grateful for the experience, strength and hope that I received. I need to focus on emotional regulation and have seen onboard the tools provided. Kat and the team has been very helpful and I am positive about the future.
